Development Methodology - Large Financial Institution

A large multinational Financial Institution created Corporate Development Services department to facilitate
development of common tools and methods for development and delivery of high quality reusable solutions to its
division. I provided the Financial Institution with the following services:

· Led development and implementation of an Accelerated Delivery Process based on the Rational Unified Process
(R.U.P.), including:

· definition of the necessary tools,

· recommendations of organizational structures and

· articulation of processes for Development and Change Management of information systems

· Laid foundation for the Enterprise Application Integration Strategy

· Recommended methods and tools for implementation of an Application Integration consulting practice
