Systems Development and Support - Business Process Outsourcer

A Multinational High Technology Company outsourced business processes in the areas of Human Resources,
Accounts Payable, Indirect Procurement and Learning Services to a "Big Six" Consulting Company. Playing the roles
of Portfolio Director, I provided the following services to the outsourcer:

· Managed implementation of strategic B2E platform using J2EE technology; integrated Java front-end to multiple
back-end systems, including SAP and legacy client/server systems

· Managed delivery of multiple web enabled solutions for employees and managers of the Hi-Tech company.
Deployed globally over a period of 18 months

· Developed strategy and methodology for decommissioning of legacy systems; planned and managed a number of
decommissioning projects

· Managed development and support of integrated SAP and legacy HRMS, including their interfacing to downstream
systems (Data Warehousing, payroll, benefits management and third party service providers)
